Double Pelvic Osteotomy (DPO) is performed on puppies with femoral head subluxation due to increased dorsal acetabular rim slope and/or excessive joint laxity. The purpose of DPO is to arrest the development of Hip Dysplasia (HD) in the early stage of the disease.
